We are a mental health support partnership between psychotherapist, Lucy Musson and Hypnotherapist, Dan Henley.

In our years in private practice, we have experienced the transformative power of different therapeutic approaches with our clients. Our experiences and passion for mental well-being brought us to an inevitable conclusion – more people need more mental care. 

A major issue we identified was the reactive approach to mental health, whereby people experience difficulties, go to the GP when they can’t put it off any longer, get medication to numb themselves and get placed on very long waiting lists for overstretched counselling services, without any real awareness of the alternatives open to them.

In 2021, Lucy had an idea. Mental health retreat days, where people could come together and experience all sorts of different approaches to mental wellbeing. Dan was convinced! The Integratus Mental Wealth Retreat was conceived as an opportunity for people to come together and experience different therapeutic approaches, find healing and develop mental self-care habits. 

Our one-day retreats are held at various specially selected venues, and include lunch and refreshments. During the course of the day, you can experience a diverse range of sessions, such as Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Inner Child work, Energy Healing, Past Life Meditations and Tarot. A fantastic mental re-charge!

Our Zoom mini-retreats, offer a four hour home-based experience, focused on different applications of hypnotherapy, to release negative events, boost self-esteem, set effective goals and balance your inner energy.

Integratus Corporate offers services to employers, including 1-2-1 therapy sessions for employees and workplace based half and full-day group therapy sessions focused on stress and burnout reduction. 

Naturally, we offer private 1-2-1 therapy in our respective practices. Whatever you are going through, we are always willing to help you.
