When you book a mental health retreat with us, you can become a member of the Integratus Community.

We are all like-minded people who want to remain in contact and experience the benefits that community membership can bring. These include:

Join the Whatsapp and Facebook Integratus Community Groups. Keep in touch with people from your retreat. Meet other like-minded people and exchange ideas.

Access Zoom meetings run by Dan, Lucy and other community members. These meetings focus on discussing topics of interest.

These Zoom sessions are issue focussed and designed for members to support other members experiencing difficulties emotionally or spiritually.
