This is the stark finding of a study by Deloitte in 2022. An additional survey also found that 28% of employees were leaving, or planning to leave their jobs, with 68% of those citing poor mental health as the reason. Sobering statistics, indeed.

In February 2024, People Management magazine ran a feature asserting that the average cost of poor mental health to employers is around £1,230.00 per employee, per year. So, if a company employs 100 people, poor mental health could cost that company £123,000 in absence, employee replacement and training.

1-2-1 therapy via zoom - £50

Our individual therapy sessions can consist of counselling, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming and hypnotherapy. We work with clients with a very diverse range of issues and offer complimentary consultations.

HALF DAY OR FULL DAY IN-HOUSE THERAPY SESSIONS - £650 / £950

Our two practitioners provide employees with a range of expertly crafted sessions, which typically include:

Goals: New ways of approaching goals to reduce stress and boost productivity.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming: Change emotional state, dissolve negative memories and manage pain, using the power of language and neurology.
Directive Hypnotherapy: Release negative events, reduce anxiety and boost self-worth.
Relaxation Therapy: Practice deep relaxation as part of self-care and learn to do it at home!
Burnout Sanctuary: Effective tools to manage stress, ‘worst case scenario’ thinking and eliminate unhelpful beliefs which have become confused with facts.
Eriksonian Hypnosis: Enchanting stories with the subliminal effects of reducing stress and boosting personal confidence.

Each practitioner operates three sessions per half day. A program is agreed with the employer and promoted to staff, who can arrange to attend those sessions they feel will particularly benefit them.

A division of Integratus Healing Ltd, Integratus Corporate is a partnership between two highly trained and experienced therapists, Lucy Musson and Dan Henley. Lucy is a psychotherapist and Dan a hypnotherapist and licenced Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner. Both Lucy and Dan have been in private practice for over 8 years, successfully helping clients overcome a diverse range of mental health difficulties.

Our corporate work was a natural development arising from the mental health day retreats we provide for the general public. With consistently excellent feedback, our corporate journey started when we were approached by a venue we use for the retreats to provide mental health support for their employees. It was a huge success and word quickly spread!
